Terms of Service

These terms govern use of this website. The services we perform for you are governed by your separate, signed Client Service Agreement. Where the two differ for a project, the signed agreement controls.

1. Our services

JALM provides field-verified documentation of existing conditions — 360° walkthroughs, site photos, laser field measurements, as-built CAD, point clouds and a project portal — for contractors and facility owners. This is documentation of existing conditions for planning, coordination and permit-prep support. It is not a land survey, and not an engineering, architecture, design or stamped-drawing service. We do not guarantee permit approval.

2. Quotes & pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting points and are scoped per project; your final price is set in your written quote. Payments are processed by Stripe, and applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout.

3. Travel

Travel / per-diem applies beyond 30 miles from Fort Worth, TX. Jobs 150+ miles away require one week of advance booking.

4. Scheduling, access & revisions

You agree to provide safe, timely site access for field capture. Revisions are provided as stated in your package or quote; additional changes may be quoted separately.

5. Deliverables & file release

Deliverables and portal access are provided as described in your quote. File release follows your signed agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website are owned by JALM Industrial Solutions LLC and may not be copied without permission.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Documentation reflects conditions observed at the time of capture. You remain responsible for verifying information against source documents and for engaging licensed professionals (surveyor, engineer, architect) where required by law or your project. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
